My name is Tee Tee Terry and from 9am to 2pm, I train at the track everyday. And then once we're done at the track I go to the weight room. You know Monday is arms, Tuesdays is legs. Tuesday we stress the importance of legs, you know we use a lot of Technogym equipment; from Leg Press, Hip Thrust, different things: hamstring curls, quad curls You know it's very important that we do what we need to do in the weight room. You know a lot of our things are isometric as opposed to the typical olympic lifting. With the Technogym equipment my favorite is the Leg Press machine you know being able to strengthen my legs and being able to maintain that speed throughout the season.
