  • 00:40 - more. I'm lying. That didn't hurt
  • 00:41 - before. But my knees do feel better. As
  • 00:44 - I end week four of this incredible
  • 00:46 - journey. Let me just add this. My total
  • 00:48 - cholesterol is down. My LDL cholesterol
  • 00:50 - is down. I love my blood levels. It's
  • 00:52 - beautiful. This plant-based diet, it may
  • 00:54 - be here to stay.
